What does this year hold for Alice Made This?

A new year always terrifies and excites me in equal measures. Perhaps it is because it's a double whammy for us - the end of our calendar year and the end of the AMT financial year. 

2023 was a big one for us - deep thinking, intense analytics, trusting our intuition and being brave. Hindsight is a wonderful thing and looking back, I am very proud of all that we achieved last year. We have managed to streamline the business by staying true to our values and really asking ourselves questions about who we are and what we are doing both now and for the future. This constant questioning is something that I whole heartedly believe in. It ensures that we don't stand still, and with a world around us that moves faster that any of us can physically or mentally process, questioning things is a must.

Going forth into 2024 we will continue to ask questions. We will continue to be as responsible as possible with our business, our people and our processes and materials. I am personally excited about exploring some new processes, that will result in some jewellery and accessories for you all. I am choosing to be more experimental this year so avoiding deadlines and embracing a more researched based approach.
